Vintage Vogue Layout

As promised, I'm back with my Vintage Vogue double page layout:

This time I've used the Very Vintage wheel too, together with some retired paper, Old Olive card and Always Artichoke ink.

Just have to add a little journalling somewhere.

Thanks for stopping by.

Andrea

Blushing Vogue

Hello everyone.

I'm back today with a card using the new Vintage Vogue and Teeny Tiny Sentiments stamp sets from the current mini catalogue:

I've used the retired Groovy Guava together with Blush Blossom & Old Olive, the wide oval punch and adhesive pearls.

The photos didn't turn out that well but the colours and very soft & lovely in real life.
Well, take care. I'll be back soon with another scrapbooking layout.

Children's Birthday Cards

Can you believe that I'm back again so soon?

This time I have two children's birthday cards for some parties that we have this coming weekend.

The two feature stamps, the background stamp, the little flowers & crystals are not from Stampin' Up! but all other supplies are.

What do you think?
Well, have a great long weekend. See you again in the new week.

Petal Pizzaz in Grey & Saffron

Well, I definitely think I've been on a roll lately. Here is another double layout I completed today, using So Saffron, Basic Grey, Soft Sky & Bashful Blue, & the lovely Petal Pizzaz stamp set:

I really like the softness of the colours & yes, my little birdie has made yet another appearance.

Thank you again for stopping by, & please feel free to leave your comments.
Take care.
Andrea.

A simple layout.

Here is an even quicker post of a very simple layout:

Thanks for stopping by!

Hope to post some more layouts soon.

Catching Up on Scrapbooking

We're just about to run out of the door for school so this is just a quick post today to show you that my plan for this week of catching up on my scrapbooking is off to a good start with two double page layouts. This is the first one:

I've used Mr Birdie from the Two-Step Punch again. Isn't he the cutest thing ever? And I've also broken in my new alphabet die set, both from the new Autum/Winter Mini catalogue.

If you'd like any details, please just ask. I'll be back soon with another layout.

Mother's Day Class with the Two-Step Bird Punch

Well, the new Autum/Winter Mini Catalogue is just busting with great new products, but I have to say that my favourite item in it is the Extra Large Two-Step Bird Punch. What a fantastic, versatile and easy to use punch! I LOVE IT so much that I just had to prepare my Mother's Day Card Class based on it.

Here are the two cards (one for our mothers and one for our mothers-in-law) that the lovely ladies made on the night, plus the little tags that my seven-year-old daughter & I made for them as a 'thank you' for attending:

This first card is an easel card. To make it we also used the new Top Note die cut, crimper, scallop edge punch, large oval punch, scallop oval punch and the Word Window Punch, plus the new Teeny Tiny Snetiments (clear mount) stamp set. Colours were Chocolate Chip, Blush Blossom, Bashful Blue, Old Olive and Very Vanilla.

The second card was also made using the Top Note Die and Word Window Punch. Very basic but very effective.

Finally, these were the tags that my daughter & I made. They were so easy to make that you honestly couldn't tell the difference between the ones I made & the ones she made.

You really don't need too much else when using this punch. You can really create so many different projects without using too many other products. I REALLY LOVE IT!!

Well, that's all from me. I hope you I've inspired you in some way (no matter how small) to create. Have fun!

Party Craft

Are you tired yet?

Never fear. This is the last post for today.

I just wanted to share with you some of the craft projects the girls made during the party.

Firstly, they made a little flip flop die cut bookmark...

And then they made these die cut cards. Every pack was a little different by way of outfits & colours...
I think that's it. So I guess you can see why I haven't posted for a while, right?
Well, I'll take this opportunity to wish you all a very Happy Easter. Enjoy your break & stay safe.
Andrea.

Flip Flop Pool Party (continued)

Drum roll......the cupcakes....
I bet that was something you didn't know about me, huh? Cupcakes are my other passion. These cupcakes were also in keeping with the flip flop theme & were all made & decorated by me. I make all the edible toppers too, and even the little cardboard umbrellas.
It has often crosses my mind to create another Blog just for my cupcake creations but honestly, I barely have the time to update this Blog. Anyway, it is a thought and who knows, maybe one day.
So what do you think?
But wait, there's more!

Flip Flop Pool Party Invitations.

Well, here are the girls' Flip Flop Pool Party Invitations that I have slowly been working on over the past year...

As you can see I kept the Flip Flop theme going with the pinata, which I purchased but added my own special touch to by way of the flower.
And my masterpiece.....the cupcakes.... but you'll have to tune in to my next post for those. ;)

My Daughters' Birthdays!

I know, I know. It's the same old story. I promised to be back soon but life just got in the way. You know how it is, but if it's any consolation I have quite a few things to share with you, starting with my gorgeous girls' 7th and 4th birthday cards.

Please excuse me for not writing a supplies list but you know the drill. If there is anything at all that you'd like to know, please just ask.

Well, first up I'll share with you the birthday card I made for Mia's birthday...

And next up is the card I made for Demi...

These stamps from The Greeting Farm are sooooo adorable, aren't they?

Ok, now coming right up in the next post are their party invitations. See you soon.
