A card for a boy, this time.
Very similar to one I have posted previously but this time I used Chocolate Chip, Sahara Sand and Very Vanilla. This time I'm also showing you the inside. I think it makes such a difference to decorate the inside too, time permitting. What do you think?
I think the rest is self-explanatory but feel free to ask if you have any questions.
Footnote: Did anyone notice that I misspelt my name on this card? Me either! Ha ha.... Thanks to Sandra for pointing it out. I definitely will reprint it but I'm too lazy to replace the photo. Sorry!!!

Big Bold Birthday Presents
Another school birthday party = another birthday card, and here it is....
I used the Idea Book & Catalogue for colour inspiration - Wild Wasabi, Basic Grey and Regal Rose cardstock and ink.
Stamp sets used were the Big Bold Birthday, So Many Sayings and a non-SU number set.
I used my Stamp-a-ma-jig for perfect stamp placement, little pink adhesive crystals, my paper piercer, and the window and circle punches.
Of late, I have also been decorating the inside of the cards & so this time I thought I'd show you that too.
Feel free to ahare your thoughts.
Embrace Christmas Layout
For someone who doesn't like cutting, I sure have been doing a lot of it! Look at all these Embrace Life flowers I cut...
I really, really like this layout. I used the Embrace Life and Life Definitions stamp sets, Ginger Blossom paper, Ruby Red & Very Vanilla cardstock, Ruby Red ink, Half pearls, River Rock ribbon, and a pewter charm from my stash.
If you have any questions, please ask.
Bye for now.

Bye for now.

Another Polka Dot Punches Layout
Here is another double page layout in keeping with the same theme as my previous post. My girls have their own albums & when they have similar photos to be scrapbooked, I often like to create similar layouts for them.
Again, I used the Le Jardin papers with So Saffron & Always Artichoke cardstock, and Always Artichoke ribbon & ink. This time I also used the large oval punch, gold brads & a '2008' gold charm from my stash.
Thanks for stopping by.

Polka Dot Punches Layout
Hello everyone.
I was so glad to get some scrapbooking in last night after a bit of a rough day with Mia. She has a bout of diahorrea, vomitting & a fever, poor little chook :(
So with bloodshot eyes after a sleepless night, I present to you my Polka Dot Punches double page layout. Here is the left side:
And now the right side:
I used:
Stamps: Polka Dot Punches from Sale-A-Bration, Life Definitions
Paper: Le Jardin Designer Series Paper
Cardstcok: Pale Plum, Always Artichoke & So Saffron
Ink: Always Artichoke
Other: tag punches, spiral punch, paper piercing tool
I painstakingly cut out all the Polkadot Punches stamped images by hand as unfortunately, I don't own the 5-petal flower punch. I placed little pink (non-SU) crystals in the middle of the flowers & tied some Always Artichoke ribbon around the heart image.
I must say that I quite like the finished result. What do you think?

Frangipani cupcake invitations
These are the invites I made for my daughters' birthday party in March.
We decided to have a frangipani party. I had bought the cardstock before I became a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator. As it was quite expensive, it would have been a waste not to use it. I did use the Big Bold Birthday stamp set, though, with Basic Black & So Saffron ink pads. Love that stamp set! The little ceramic frangipanis were adhered using Crystal Effects.
I have made matching gift cards for the favour/lolly bags, which I will post soon. Stay tuned!

My very first Blog Award!
A huge "thank you" to my lovely Upline and extremely talented lady, Di Barnes for giving me my very first Blog award. Don't just take my word for it - see for yourself just how talented she really is.
I believe that I'm supposed to forward this award to others, so here goes:

Chantelle - Chantelle's Stampin Place
These ladies are just so great at what they do that this is probably just one of many awards but I just had to pass it on to them. The work these three ladies do is unbelievable, and the fact that they manage to do such wonderful work, although being mothers to young children, just inspires me no end.
Thank you for selflessly sharing your work.
